Bookings are subject to guide availability, weather conditions and suitable fishing conditions. A booking is only confirmed by Brad once deposit or full payment has been received.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance must be paid the day before your guided trip, as advised by Brad.
Safety is our highest priority, if weather or other conditions make the trip unsafe or unsuitable, Estuarine Mulloway Guides Viv reserves the right to postpone or reschedule your trip
Weather & Safety
If you need to cancel your booking, deposits may be transferred to another date but you must give 48hrs notice or deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations
Gift vouchers may be used as full or part payment toward a guided trip, any remaining balance must be paid before your trip.
